Why am I bloated?
When your stomach is full and tight, it often hurts. You might feel full even if your stomach doesn't look big. Most of the time, bloating is caused by digestive problems, but hormones and stress can also play a major role.
Feeling bloated?
We've all had that feeling in our stomachs of being too full. But not always because they eat too much. Do you keep too much water in your body? Did you eat something? Or could it be something wrong with their health?

Symptoms of being bloated
Stomach pain, discomfort, and gas are all common signs of being bloated. You may also burp or belch a lot or have rumbling or gurgling in your stomach.
There may be other serious signs along with severe bloating, such as:
You have blood in your stool.
Weight loss that can be seen (without trying)
Vaginal bleeding (between your periods, or if you are postmenopausal)
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
A worsening case of heartburn
Fever (due to an infection)
Why do you get bloated?
When the GI tract gets full of air or gas, this is called bloating. Something as simple as what you eat can cause this. Some things give you gas more than others. It can also be caused by not being able to handle lactose (problems with dairy). Other simple reasons why you might be bloated are:
Taking in air (this can happen when you chew gum, smoke, or eat too fast)
Constipation
Acid Reflux From Overeating (GERD)
Gaining weight
Having a period (in some women)
Why does my stomach hurt?
Bloating in the stomach is common. People often get the same kind of bloating over and over again. Usually, you don't need to worry about predictable bloating. When the pattern changes or the bloating gets worse than usual, it could be because of one of the following:
Gas
Most of the time, bloating is caused by a buildup of gas in the stomach and intestines. Some other signs are:
a lot of burping and passing gas
feeling like you have to go to the bathroom right away
feeling like you have to go to the bathroom right away
Gas can make you feel anywhere from mildly uncomfortable to in a lot of pain. Some people say that they feel like something is stuck in their stomach.
Some things that could cause gas are:
Some foods, like carbonated drinks, dairy, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage, are not good for you.
Taking in air while you eat or chew gum
an infection in the stomach
If you have a long-term illness, like celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), you may have indigestion.
In most cases, gas goes away on its own after a few hours.
How to hide a bloated tummy? Here's some tips
To hide a bloated stomach, you need to use smart styling tricks and pay attention to the underwear you choose. You can hide bloating with the right outfit, whether it shows up high on your waist or low near your pelvis.
Put on shapewear
Wear a pair of slimming pants or a control top girdle that holds in your stomach. Pay attention to the size of the clothing and don't buy a size smaller than you need. Your shapewear should make your stomach look less big, but it shouldn't hurt you.
Wear pants that hug your hips or strechable jeans.
You shouldn't wear jeans with a high waist or a low cut because they draw attention to your middle. Try jeans and pants in dark colours. If the swelling makes your stomach hurt, choose pants with an elastic waist to make them easier to wear. Choose pants with narrow legs to make your legs look like they are slimmer.
Choose a top that looks girly.
Choose a solid-color blouse that flares out from under the breasts to the waist, or if you like patterns, choose one with vertical stripes or small dots. Pair a tank top with a shrug or short jacket in a colour that goes well with it.
Tries a tunic dress.
Try a knee-length tunic dress with three-quarter-length sleeves. Choose a light fabric like cotton and stay away from clingy ones like polyester. Dresses with an A-line skirt or an empire waist also draw attention away from the middle.
Don't wear shiny fabrics because they can make you look bigger in the middle.
