SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. After your item has been dispatched and the courier has received it, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may monitor your delivery and determine the remaining shipping time. Please wait up to two to three hours for the tracking information to be updated.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Only returns due to Sara J's design flaws will be accepted during the 7-day return window. Please return the item to us in its original, unused condition and packaging. The consumer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You will be refunded the full price of the returned item after we receive and inspect the item.

The item must still have its tags attached, be in its original packing, and be in resaleable condition. If the item is in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and unworn with the original receipt (only for sold items), then it may be returned. Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached will be accepted as returns.

EXCHANGE LIABILITY

It is important to note that we can only accept returns and make exchanges for the same style and size. All sales are final and cannot be returned for a different item. For a refund, please send back the original order and make a new order for the desired goods.

SHIPPING ADDRESS GHANGES

Email and/or WhatsApp us promptly with the updated shipping address if you need to make a change to your order's delivery address. We are unable to change the mailing address once the order has been sent out.

SHIPPING METHOD

Prices for shipping an order are determined automatically depending on its total weight and the location to which it is being sent. It might take up 3-10 business days to have your order delivered. Please note that if you make an order during the holidays or other peak shopping times, the estimated delivery time may increase.
