At Sara J, every order is handled with the utmost care to reflect our standard of excellence. Please review our policies below:

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email / WhatsApp. Please allow up to 3 hours for tracking activation

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days, depending on location and courier services. Peak or off periods (weekends, holidays or promotions) may take longer

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, based on order weight and delivery destination

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing or design defects

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Condition of Item:

    • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached

    • Items with perfume, deodorant, stains, body oils, makeup marks or any odor/taint will not be accepted

    • Items purchased on sale, promotional discounts or sample sales are strictly non-returnable

  • Inspection: All returned items will be carefully inspected before approval

  • Refunds: Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item passes inspection

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product, size and style (subject to stock availability)

  • For a different item, please process a return (if eligible) and place a new order

  • Items worn, washed, altered or returned in non-original condition cannot be accepted

BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Sara J bespoke and made-to-measure garments are created exclusively for each client

  • Final Sale: All bespoke and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Alterations: Clients must visit our atelier in person for all fittings and alterations. Shipping for bespoke garments is not provided for adjustments, to ensure precision and the highest standard of craftsmanship

  • Commitment: Each custom piece reflects significant time, expertise and artistry. We kindly ask clients to confirm all details (measurements, fabrics, finishes) at the consultation stage

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp if you need to update your delivery address

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address
