Definition Between Artist and Designer:

"An artist is someone who creates art with conscientious talent and a unique imagination".

"A designer is someone who visualises an abstract notion and creates the outline of it".

Workplace Conditions:

"An Artist can draw images, construct statues, or do anything he likes. He is allowed to incorporate his own imagination into his work".

"A Designer creates exactly what the customer wants. He must adhere to the client's concept. He is frequently told what kind of product the customer anticipates. He is given the entire concept and must develop anything within those parameters".
